Eileen Moore Koenigsberg
Bio
Eileen Moore Koenigsberg, born and raised in NW Iowa, has been studying applied metaphysics for virtually all of her adult life. Keenly interested in psychic phenomena, life after death, and life before life, she had some key life-changing experiences with the spiritual world in her childhood that have driven her to keep exploring and understanding this fascinating world and its connection to the physical plane.
Eileen graduated from Iowa State University in 1984 with a B.A. in Architecture and studied with the School of Metaphysics in Iowa, Illinois and Missouri for an intense 2-1/2 years. With SOM, Eileen studied, volunteer taught, and directed two different centers as she started her architectural career in Chicago and then continued in Columbia, Missouri. She also studied briefly in an immersion at the College of Metaphysics in Windyville, Missouri. Eileen returned to Iowa State in the fall of ‘86 for an additional year of architectural studies and the Bachelor of Architecture professional degree as well as study with other master metaphysical teachers in a more relaxed group for another year before moving to Boston for a totally different exploration.
In Boston, Eileen focused on her architectural career and her new marriage to husband, Jon, exploring the U.S. and Canadian East Coast and enjoying the sea air.
Feeling the call to return closer to home and start a family, Eileen and her husband moved to Denver, Colorado in 1992. There they bought a cool, old house that needed updating, and started the ‘family and home renovation/addition’ phase of their lives. Three children were born in six years and seven different construction projects were completed by themselves in thirteen-and-a-half years in their beloved century-old home. Eileen worked as project architect in three different architectural firms before she started her own architectural practice out of her home, Moore Koenigsberg Architecture, in the spring of 1999. Jon joined her practice in 2002.
Focusing on these items, Eileen kept her metaphysical activities going with the Mark Consciousness Exploration group at the Center for Creative Consciousness for 12 years running. As her youngest child was old enough, Eileen started back again in a more structured metaphysical class setting at Journey and the Self-Actualization and Enlightenment Center in Lakewood to review, complete the esoteric studies she felt she had missed and to return to teaching and sharing her excitement with others. She completed the Beginners’ Level Series in August 2003, the Teachers’ Level in December 2004, and the Masters’ Level, May of 2006. Her Masters’ thesis topic was The Symbolic Universe and the Mind-Body Connection.
Now, with a move out to the mountain area of Pine in the fall of 2006, and the construction of their new, contemporary home on 10 acres of beautiful land near Shaffer’s Crossing starting March of 2007, Eileen has entered a new phase of her life.
Eileen has been working on Akashic Reading Training and developing her energetic healing techniques and abilities, using Reiki, Kundalini, and Directed Thought. Eileen is now offering Energy Healing Sessions to balance a client’s energetic field. Her Intuitive Readings of a Significant Past Life and Mind-Body Health are developed to give people insights as to current blocks and how they might be able to transcend their established patterns for a more satisfying life experience.
Eileen is currently working on a non-fiction metaphysical book and developing new classes and seminars in the metaphysical and esoteric studies and application. Eileen also serves as the Secretary on the Board of Directors for the S.A.E. Center, and is excited to see and help cause the many changes happening now at the Center. Eileen has been key in getting the new Oneness Deekshas regularly at Journey and the new experiential Healing Group started. Eileen often leads the Solstice and Equinox Celebrations and loves to sing, drum, dance, do yoga, and play the piano. Eileen lives in Pine, Colorado with her husband, three lovely children and three clever cats.
